Delivery method

Ticket:
Your ticket is the confirmation mail you will receive when you order the ticket.

Payment

RoboInsights accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will be deducted from your account when the ticket is ordered.

All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

RoboInsights uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

No right of refund is granted on goods purchased in our webshop, as the product is of such a nature that, under Danish law, the right of return cannot or should not be granted. It is possible to get a full refund of your ticket if you contact us 1 month before an event you have bought a ticket for.
